Acceptable Use Policy

Effective: July 5, 2026

BRICQS provides AI compute, deployment, and developer infrastructure. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines what you may and may not do with that infrastructure. It supplements our Terms of Service and applies to all customers, users, and anyone else accessing the Platform.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Platform to:

AI-Generated Content

You are responsible for all outputs generated by AI models you deploy on BRICQS. You must not use AI runtimes to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, threatening, or that violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend deployments found to be generating harmful content.

Resource Fair Use

GPU and compute resources are shared across a common pool. You may not deliberately consume excessive resources to degrade performance for other customers. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts causing disproportionate resource consumption.

Security Research

Authorised security research and penetration testing of your own systems is permitted. Testing against infrastructure you do not own or have explicit written permission to test is prohibited. Responsible disclosure: report vulnerabilities to security@bricqsai.com.

Reporting Violations

If you believe someone is violating this AUP, report it to abuse@bricqsai.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate within 48 hours.

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in immediate account suspension or termination, deletion of content or deployments, referral to law enforcement, and civil liability. We reserve the right to determine what constitutes a violation at our sole discretion.

Changes

We may update this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users by email.
