By accessing or using BRICQS ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Platform.
You may use BRICQS solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must immediately notify us at support@bricqsai.com of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
GPU compute resources are billed by the hour at rates listed in your plan. You are responsible for stopping unused deployments. BRICQS may enforce budget limits configured in your account settings to prevent runaway spend.
Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We do not share your data with third parties except as necessary to operate the Platform (e.g. Azure for compute, Resend for email). You retain ownership of all content you deploy.
You must not use the Platform to violate any law, infringe intellectual property, distribute malware, send spam, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights. See our full Acceptable Use Policy for details.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if we determine you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRICQS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users by email when material changes are made. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
