BRICQS is building dedicated AI cloud infrastructure — real GPU containers, managed Postgres, edge security, and zero-credential identity for every organization. We're a small team and every person ships code that runs in production.
All positions are full-time and remote. We hire globally.
Own the provisioning engine that creates real Azure resources per organization. You'll build the code that spawns Container Apps, Postgres servers, storage accounts, and secrets vaults. Python (FastAPI), Azure SDK, Postgres.
Build the BRICQS cloud console — the operational interface developers use to deploy, monitor, and manage their AI infrastructure. Next.js 15, TypeScript, real-time data from Azure Monitor.
Build and operate the five AI runtimes: LLM gateway, GPU container scheduler, agent engine, RAG pipeline, and workflow orchestrator. Hands-on with open-weight model deployment (LLaMA, Mistral, Phi-3) on real GPU hardware.
Own the edge security layer — WAF rule evaluation, bot scoring, geo-IP routing, and zero-credential identity. Expand our security surface to new regions and workload types. Deep familiarity with OWASP, managed identities, and network security.
Make BRICQS the default choice for AI teams building in production. Write real code examples, create tutorials, engage with developers, and feed product gaps back to engineering. You need to actually build things on BRICQS.
Own the BRICQS developer docs end-to-end. That means API reference, guides, quickstarts, and SDK documentation. You write code and you write clearly about code.
We sometimes hire for roles we haven't posted yet. If you think you'd be a good fit for BRICQS, send us a note with what you've built.
Send a general applicationWe build infrastructure that actually runs. Every feature we ship is backed by real resources, real metrics, and real error handling — not demos or mocked implementations.
Engineers own their systems end-to-end. You write it, deploy it, debug it in production. No ticket-driven handoffs between teams.
We don't list features we haven't built. We don't fabricate metrics. We document bugs we've found. The same standard applies internally — clear communication over comfortable ambiguity.
We work across time zones. Decisions get made in writing. Meetings exist to unblock things that writing couldn't. Remote is the default, not the exception.
Market-rate compensation benchmarked against top-tier tech companies, regardless of location.
Real options in a company building infrastructure that teams depend on. Not a rounding error.
Work from wherever you do your best thinking. We don't track hours or require a timezone.
$1,500 on joining for your setup, and an annual refresh. Your workspace should be good.
Full health, dental, and vision for you and your family. We cover the full premium.
$2,000/year for courses, books, and conferences. No approval process for reasonable requests.
